If your booking was made on aerlingus.com, and your flights are affected by the disruption, you can now change the dates of travel free of charge. The change booking fee and any fare difference will be waived (where appropriate) during the 'Change Booking' process. your can change you booking online

2. Apply for a Refund
Passengers who wish to cancel their bookings may also do so by filling out the Flight Disruption Refund Form.
Full refunds will only apply to cancelled flights. All other refunds are subject to the normal fare rules.

Low fare
No refund at any time.
Government tax refund requests must be made within one month from the booked travel date. Refund Administration Fee of €20 per person, per one-way flight applies.

FlexiFare
Full refund less 15% of flight fare and A Refund Administration Fee of €20 per person, per one-way flight will apply.
Handling Fees (Booking and Credit/Debit Card)/ Baggage Fees are not refundable.
Business
Business class reservations with a fare basis code beginning with J will receive a full refund. Business class reservations with a fare basis code beginning with C/D will receive a full refund less 15% of flight fare and administration fee (
