Does amex airport lounge work on lufthansa

I fly to London, frankfurt from NYC quite frequently as well as travel on business for my marketing agency all through the US from JFK to SFO, RDU, and a few others.
do American Express Platinum credit card have access to lufthansa or british airways lounges over seas? it seems I am restricted to only flying Delta / American Airlines overseas to be able to use the airport lounges

- How do I find what partnerships with European airlines there are that enable me to use their lounges?

American Express Platinum does not provide access to partner lounges because it does not provide a membership. It provides nothing more than access to AA, CO, DL and US lounges as explained,if you travel to europe or asia, you can have access to Priority Pass lounge.
